Welcome! I’m Krisela Rivera, a UX researcher, strategist, and storyteller with a passion for uncovering what drives people. With 15+ years of experience across e-commerce, smart tech, gaming, and AI, I’ve led research at companies like Samsung and eBay, conducted global fieldwork, and helped teams turn insight into impact. I believe research should spark new ways of thinking, build alignment, and always stay human at its core.
